SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–BPM LLP announced today, it is expanding its presence to Southern California by combining with Kramer & Olsen Accountancy Corporation.

Kramer & Olsen provides clients with a variety of accounting and consulting services across a broad range of industries. The firm will join BPM’s approximately 470 personnel and 40 partners.
