What can businesses do now to prepare for new PPP forgiveness criteria?
BPM Director Brett Hazlett recently sat down with the Sacramento Business Journal to discuss how small businesses can work toward getting their Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans forgiven, as the Small Business Administration (SBA) released new guidance at the end of December.
“They’re looking for quote, unquote ‘hard-hit businesses,’” Hazlett said in the article. “Businesses that did better than they anticipated were a problem in the first round, but now they really want to target the funding a bit more now that we know more about where the impacts have been.”
