Outstanding client service offerings land firm on list for third consecutive year.

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 13, 2021 — BPM LLP, one of the 50 largest public accounting and advisory firms in the country, has been recognized for the third consecutive year in Forbes America’s third annual list of the Best Tax and Accounting Firms. The firm’s consistent inclusion in the list serves as validation for its commitment to its BPM1TM Service Model, which ensures clients’ access to the firm’s best and most qualified resources.

For its “Best Tax and Accounting Firms” feature, published Dec. 2, Forbes partnered with research company Statista to develop a list of the most recommended firms for tax and accounting services across the nation. The data is gathered through peer and client participation in an independent survey. Participants submitted their recommendations according to specializations, services and professional experiences. Approximately 4,400 recommendations were considered in the final analysis, and 223 firms, including BPM, are recognized in the 2022 list.

“We are thrilled to make this prestigious list once again,” said BPM Board Chair Rich Bellucci. “It is clear confirmation of our consistency and dedication in building out and delivering robust services to support our clients. They put their faith in us to deliver at the highest levels, and it’s rewarding to see our efforts validated.”

BPM continues to surpass industry standards in client service excellence with a Net Promoter Score more than double that of the profession overall. In its most recent client satisfaction survey, 98% of clients responded that their relationship with BPM improves their business and contributes to their success.

Additionally, the firm was recently ranked No. 46 in INSIDE Public Accounting’s 2021 Top 100 Firms list and was recognized in the 2021 Accounting MOVE Project as one of the Best CPA Firms for Women. These recognitions come on top of several major announcements in recent months, including BPM’s expansion in Southern California, the launch of its Virtual Region, and the formation of its client-focused ESG practice.

“With this recognition, an amazing year for BPM continues — and during our 35th anniversary, no less — all setting up the firm and our outstanding professionals and clients for a tremendous 2022,” said BPM CEO Jim Wallace. “We are excited to continue to help our colleagues, clients, and communities be successful in work and life — Because People Matter.”
