Vaibhav Tandon

A Senior Manager in BPM’s Assurance practice with more than 15 years of experience serving private and middle-market companies. Vaibhav works closely with clients in the Consumer Industry Group, including retail, distribution, food, aerospace, not-for-profit, and employee benefit plans (401(k) audits), providing expertise in audit and accounting under U.S. GAAP.

As Co-Leader of BPM’s Consumer Industry Group, he helps clients navigate complex financial reporting and compliance matters while delivering practical, actionable solutions. Vaibhav is passionate about building strong client relationships, mentoring teams, and helping organizations achieve clarity and confidence in their financial operations.

He was named among the Top 100 Accountants by the Los Angeles Business Journal in 2022. Prior to BPM, he spent three years with a Big Four firm in India and the U.S. and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant in India with an active CPA license in California.

He is currently looking to connect and collaborate with professionals including CFOs, Controllers, SEC Reporting Managers, Outsourced CFOs, Consumer Product and Financial Services professionals, as well as bankers and attorneys to exchange insights, share opportunities, and explore ways they can support each other.
