With approximately 20 years of experience in complex financial advisory, and a primary focus on valuation services, Moyer has led hundreds of business and asset valuations in his career. Moyer’s deep industry experience includes technology, life science, professional services, consumer products including food and beverage, digital assets, and manufacturing/distribution, among others. Moyer’s valuation experience includes M&A and IPO preparation and support, fairness and solvency opinions, expansive gift and estate valuation, litigation support and dispute resolution, among other high impact analyses. Moyer has grown and developed BPM’s Valuation team, which is a core part of BPM Advisory’s Corporate Finance Group.

- Fairness Opinion (San Diego, CA and New York, NY). Adult advanced degree university sought recapitalization. Majority owner required a fairness opinion in order to recapitalize and ensure fairness to minority shareholders. Recapitalization transaction has closed.
