With approximately 20 years of experience in complex financial advisory, and a primary focus on valuation services, Moyer has led hundreds of business and asset valuations in his career. Moyer’s deep industry experience includes technology, life science, professional services, consumer products including food and beverage, digital assets, and manufacturing/distribution, among others. Moyer’s valuation experience includes M&A and IPO preparation and support, fairness and solvency opinions, expansive gift and estate valuation, litigation support and dispute resolution, among other high impact analyses. Moyer has grown and developed BPM’s Valuation team, which is a core part of BPM Advisory’s Corporate Finance Group.
