Avril Li

Avril has nearly 15 years of accounting experience, both in public accounting firms and in-house roles, and today works with clients as a Senior Manager in BPM’s Assurance practice.

Avril Li specializes in integrated audits of publicly traded technology companies in the U.S. who have significant international operations. She also has expertise in supporting audits of privately held technology startups in Silicon Valley.

She provides accounting and attestation services (financial audit or review) for both private and public companies, in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

Avril has extensive experience with revenue recognition, inventory costing, equity and debt financing, stock-based compensation, and SEC reporting and compliance.

Additionally, she supports companies through mergers and acquisitions with due diligence services.

Avril holds an active CPA license in California under the name Xiaolin Li.
