Amy leads the Equity Management and Consulting practice at BPM, where she administers stock plans for a wide variety of private and public companies.
She has over five years of stock plan administration experience and is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP).
Within her practice, Amy helps clients manage their company stock plan through outsourced administration, cap table management, IPO preparedness, software implementation management and advisory support.
Amy helps clients prepare for their IPO and SPAC transactions including historical data reconciliation, platform migration and equity conversions. She also advises and assists companies through grant reprices and mergers.
Amy takes pride in the ease clients feel when doing business with BPM and her forward-thinking approach to client work.
