BPM’s Julie West and Rosey Flaherty Named to Forbes’ America’s Top 200 CPAs List

We are thrilled to announce that Julie West, BPM Tax Partner and Rosey Flaherty, BPM Tax Manager, have earned well-deserved spots on Forbes’ 2025 list of America’s Top 200 CPAs. This prestigious recognition highlights the nation’s most outstanding CPAs who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, expertise, and commitment to their clients and the accounting profession.

Julie has over 20 years of experience and co-leads the Life Science Industry Group. She has previously served on BPM’s Board of Directors for over six years, helping set the firm’s vision and strategy. Beginning her career at a Big Four firm, she brings deep experience in working with companies from pre-revenue startups to consolidated publicly traded companies. Her accolades include being named to Silicon Valley Business Journal’s “Women of Influence” list in 2023 and “40 Under 40” in 2020, as well as San Francisco Business Times’ “Most Influential Women” in 2012. 

“I’m truly honored and humbled to be included on Forbes’ Top 200 CPAs 2025 list,” said Rosey Flaherty. “I’m so grateful for this recognition and for everyone who has supported me along my CPA journey.” 

Rosey brings over 10 years of accounting experience, specializing in real estate taxation. She holds a BPM Real Estate Certification (Gold level) and provides strategic tax planning and compliance services to real estate investors and professionals. A recognized leader, she received the 2023 AICPA Outstanding Young CPA Award and was named a CPA Practice Advisor “40 Under 40” honoree. As an AICPA Leadership Academy Graduate and CalCPA Leadership Institute alum, Rosey is passionate about education and mentorship, hosting the popular CPA Career Paths YouTube channel, podcast, and blog.
