How to Share a Concern or Grievance
BPM offers Red Flag Reporting, an independent and confidential ethics and compliance hotline, where colleagues, clients, and community stakeholders can report concerns – from financial misconduct to issues like harassment, discrimination, safety, or compliance.
Red Flag Reporting is independent of BPM, allowing individuals who bring forth an issue to remain anonymous.
To file a report, provide client code BPM and do one of the following:
- Visit www.RedFlagReporting.com and click on “File a Report”
- Call 1-877-647-3335
- Text RFR to 234-231-9005
You may also use the following (be sure to be detail-oriented, provide our client code BPM, and indicate if you wish to be anonymous or not):
- Fax to 330-572-8146
- Email to [email protected]
- Mail to RFR,
P.O. Box 4230,

What to Expect Next
BPM promptly investigates all material, credible, and specific concerns raised by colleagues and external stakeholders. We follow a transparent and confidential process:
- All concerns and grievances are received through Red Flag Reporting, an independent and confidential ethics and compliance hotline that protects the privacy of the individual raising the concerns.
- Reports are reviewed by our Chief Executive Officer and Chief People Officer.
- BPM investigates each matter in collaboration with the appropriate team or relationship owner.
- BPM will respond through Red Flag Reporting within 10 business days, unless additional time is required for legal review. Additionally, the person who has submitted the concern or grievance can check the status of their submission at any time through the Red Flag Reporting Check Report process.
- Any confirmed violations may be grounds for discipline and/or termination by BPM. Any contracts made with business partners in breach of BPM’s Code of Ethics and Conduct shall also be subject to appropriate amendment or cancellation.
Whistleblower Protection
BPM is committed to ensuring that the place of work is free from inappropriate behaviors and that the environment is aimed at providing high-quality services in an atmosphere of respect, collaboration, openness, safety and equality.
All concerns and grievances will be taken seriously and followed through to resolution. Those who report concerns or grievances will not be victimized for “whistleblowing” or reporting others for their inappropriate behavior. No retaliation will be permitted against any person who reports a concern about alleged unethical or illegal conduct in good faith or who cooperates with an investigation into such conduct. Any confirmed violations may be grounds for discipline and/or termination by BPM.
BPM also prohibits retaliation for conduct protected under any applicable federal, state, or local whistleblower statutes.
