BPM earns 2025 Great Place to Work Certification™
May 12, 2025
We’re proud to announce BPM has been certified as a Great Place to Work®. The recognition is based on our workplace culture and on what our U.S. colleagues said about their experience working at BPM. This year, 89% of surveyed colleagues said BPM is a great place to work compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company, according to Great Place to Work.
The Great Place to Work® Certification™ is the most definitive “employer-of-choice” recognition that companies aspire to achieve. It is the only recognition based entirely on what employees report about their workplace experience, specifically, how consistently they experience a high-trust workplace.
Our certification highlights BPM’s commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where colleagues can thrive:
- 98% said BPM is a physically safe place to work
- 98% said BPMers are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation
- 98% said BPMers are treated fairly regardless of gender
- 97% said BPMers are treated fairly regardless of age
“We are thrilled to become Great Place to Work-certified as we consider colleague experience a top priority every day,” said Katie Strehler, BPM Chief People Officer. “We owe our continued success to our team of dedicated professionals. We celebrate and thank them for all they do to earn this incredible recognition.”
According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified Great Place to Work™. Additionally, colleagues at these workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits, and have a fair chance at promotion.
