BPM is expanding its North Bay, Calif., presence through a business combination with Santa Rosa-based Elliott CPA Group Inc., expected to be effective July 1, 2022.

BPM North Bay Partner-in-Charge Michelle Muth Ausburn was quoted in CPA Practice Advisor, saying the combination “complements and strengthens our existing service offerings and team, and allows us to better serve our clients in and around the North Bay.” Elliot CPA’s clients will benefit from access to BPM’s global reach and the variety and depth of knowledge of its 900-plus colleagues. The firm will rebrand under the BPM name.

One of the top 40 largest public accounting and advisory firms in the country, BPM serves clients in 42 states and overseas. Elliott CPA Group was founded in 2006 and offers comprehensive financial and tax planning with a focus on key area industries, including wine and agriculture, real estate, retail and manufacturing.
