Paragi Jariwala has nearly 15 years of accounting experience and is a Tax Manager at BPM. Today, she serves BPM’s Tax clients on our Flow Through team.
She assists clients with tax planning related to mergers and acquisitions, change in ownership, sale of partnership interest, entity liquidating transactions and opportunity zone investments. Paragi provides tax compliance services for real estate partnerships, but her tax experience crosses over to other industries and services including Corporate Tax Services.
Paragi Jariwala holds an active CPA license in North Carolina.
