Advice for young women:  Stay technically strong in your field, have a firm handshake and be yourself.

Strategy for success in a tough economy:  Stay connected with your clients and contacts. Keep yourself healthy and know that the economy will recover.

What makes you influential:  I am a role model for young women interested in an accounting career. I can make tough decisions and still laugh with the best of them.

Advice for young women:  Don’t be afraid to ask for what you want or to dream big. If your company values you they will make it happen!

Strategy for success in a tough economy:  Clients will never trade excellent service for the cheapest rate. Ask for an honest assessment of your performance and find a way to exceed expectations.

What makes you influential: I strive to be a role model for young woman, proving you can have a career while running marathons, taking time for family, and enjoying life.
