Shahid is responsible for a broad range of U.S and multi-national clients in a wide range of industries including life sciences, semiconductor, pharma-biotechnology, financial services, construction and engineering, technology, and consumer products. Shahid has worked with companies of various sizes, from the middle market to the Fortune 1000. Throughout his career, Shahid has fostered strong working relationships with both IRS and California Franchise Tax Board auditors, which has allowed him to be successful in assisting companies through the examination process.
