Project name

Pete has more than 25 years of project management experience. As a Director on BPM’s Managed IT Services team, he takes an active hands-on role leading technology and business transformation projects for a diverse set of clients in both the private and public sectors.

He supports clients in the financial, banking and services industries. He has led projects ranging in size and scope from small office initiatives to global transformation programs and has extensive experience working with international professional and managed services organizations. This experience has allowed him to develop a variety of delivery strategies that he leverages daily to successfully complete highly complex and challenging critical success projects.

Pete has also served as an organizational leader, establishing project management organizations from the ground up. He has restructured and centralized enterprise project management practices, developed governance and delivery controls focused on quality and implemented reporting of project and portfolio level metrics data. Most recently, he worked with the BPM’s Federal Assurance team to obtain a coveted federal security designation for a clients hosted voice platform.

Interesting tidbit

Pete produced a local arts and music festival for many years before ‘retiring’ to enjoy the event with his family instead of running it.
