Jill Frank is a seasoned Human Resources executive and BPM’s Director of Talent, Strategy and Global Operations. With over two decades of experience in talent acquisition and HR leadership, Jill has established herself as an analytical leader who excels at creating comprehensive workforce programs that align with organizational goals while fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures.
Throughout her career, Jill has demonstrated knowledge in building and scaling talent acquisition functions across diverse industries. At BPM, she has transformed the Firm’s recruitment approach through data-driven decision making and strategic sourcing initiatives. Prior to BPM, she held leadership positions at Women’s Care Enterprises and BLEND360, where she developed and executed talent strategies for high-growth organizations.
Jill began her career in banking at Barnett Bank (now Bank of America) before transitioning to healthcare recruitment at Lakeland Regional Medical Center and Tampa General Hospital. She later founded Jill Frank Consulting, where she spent a decade providing executive career coaching and recruitment services. This entrepreneurial venture allowed her to help professionals maximize their potential while consulting with HR leaders on employee development programs.
