Sherry Zhao

Sherry has 16 years of combined corporate income tax experience with multinational corporations (inbound and outbound) and public accounting firms.

She has extensive experience in ASC 740 for income tax provision and worldwide consolidation. Prior to joining BPM, she was a Tax Manager at a large French multinational oil/gas company where she managed the federal income tax provision and compliance functions for all U.S. affiliates.

At BPM, Sherry provides tax provision and compliance services to a wide range of public and private companies, including those with multi-state and international operations.

She serves clients in the digital assets, life science, manufacturing, oil, gas, drilling and information technology spaces.

Sherry holds an active CPA license in Texas under the name Qian Zhao.
