Meghan McLean has more than 15 years of experience in business advisory in the areas of operations, scalable growth, marketing, and new market penetration. Much of her experience is rooted in professional services, from local to international markets, and includes a start-up providing interventions for Las Vegas’ special needs community.

Today, Meghan leads the outsourced accounting practice in the Las Vegas office. With the workforce changing, middle-market business enterprises are rethinking their internal accounting teams in favor of an outsourced option. Meghan is passionate about helping these businesses identify their needs, and seeing them met in the most efficient and effective manner. Recently, a manufacturing client was exploring a new line of service, Meghan guided them through the proforma process and drove the team to get clarity on cash-flow needs, and necessary budget adjustments to support the expansion.
