Prior to joining BPM, Lily held the controller and manager positions at charitable, religious, educational, membership and association nonprofit organizations. In these roles, she was responsible for overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring smooth financial processes and compliance with relevant regulations.

In addition to her extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, Lily has also worked for large cybersecurity and professional services corporations. This exposure to different industries has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of complex financial systems and a keen ability to adapt to various accounting needs.
