Kallisa has over 20 years of experience in leading and project managing Payroll, Tax, Talent Management (HCM) and Workforce Management implementations and optimizations.

Throughout their career, she has primarily focused on working with enterprise-sized clientele, catering to the needs of global customers in addition to those in the United States. She has developed proficiency in implementing various software platforms such as Rippling, UKG (Kronos) Workforce Central, UKG (Kronos) Dimensions Suite, and several ADP platforms.

As a seasoned professional, she plays a pivotal role in leading discovery and design sessions for clients, effectively identifying their requirements and mapping out project management plans. She is adept at remotely managing training sessions, configuration and testing for customers across the globe. Kallisa’s ability to adapt to different cultures and time zones has consistently enabled her to deliver exceptional results.

As a compensation specialist and trusted advisor, she provides a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to deliver high quality insights and solutions. All while cultivating relationships that last beyond the implementation completion and becoming a recommended partner for future partnerships with those referrals.

Previously, Kallisa worked with a client whose ADP implementation had been a disaster. When Kallisa stepped in, not only did she solve many of the issues they faced, but she advocated for the clients when concerns arose with ADP. She sorted out tax issues, helped the client with benefits deduction mistakes, helped ensure systems were set up correctly and provided them with the tools to be successful going forward.

Holding both FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) and CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certifications, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
