Carolyn is a Director on our Corporate Tax team, providing tax compliance and consulting services to companies of all sizes, both publicly and privately held, with a focus in the hi-tech and life science industries. She co-leads the Equity Tax Consulting team, advising both plan administrators and participants on tax matters related to equity-based compensation.

Carolyn previously spent four years in private industry, in the telemedicine space, where she oversaw the tax, treasury and equity functions.

She has experience with a variety of tax compliance matters, including multi-state and international tax filings and federal and state tax incentives. She also has experience with income tax provisions, FIN48 and Section 382.

Carolyn Gersovitz holds an active CPA license in California.
