Ayushi is a financial professional with a decade of experience in accounting industry. She has experience in serving public and private company clients with SEC reporting and PCAOB audits within BPM’s Assurance practice. Ayushi’s expertise lies in helping clients enhance their internal controls and conducting financial statement audits with meticulous attention to detail.

Prior to joining BPM, Ayushi led a team of accountants at a Big Four accounting firm. Leveraging her extensive experience, she currently guides clients through risk management and compliance with US GAAP and PCAOB standards by meticulously testing internal controls for SOX 404.
