On April 13, 2020, BPM’s Principal and COO Scharrell Jackson joined Richard Franzi, business mentor and radio host, on his Critical Mass Radio Show and Podcast to talk about the importance of leadership and talk about her career.

Scharrell is a very active women’s advocate and leader in the Orange County community and beyond. At BPM, she supports the Firm’s Inclusion Now! (IN!) initiative and mentors rising minority leaders at the Firm.
