BPM is recognized as one of the Best Places to Work for in the North Bay for the 12th consecutive year. BPM earned the highest recognition for a CPA accounting firm.

Because People Matter
BPM is committed to work-life balance, championing diversity and women leadership, and more. Through programs such as BPM Day, Wellness Program, Women’s Initiative Now! (win!) and more, BPM encourages its professionals to partake in community services, achieve their health and fitness goals, and participate in leadership positions.

How BPM was selected
Winners are selected based on criteria such as employer application, survey ratings by employees, number of responses—which are also broken down from management and non-management in addition to taking into account of comments written by employees, and size of the company.

100 winners were selected out of 8,100 employee surveys. Employees answered questions in regards to credibility, respect, fairness, camaraderie and more in an anonymous online survey.

Most recently, BPM was also recognized as a winner of the 2017 Healthiest Employers awards program by the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Business Journal. BPM also achieved Silver level recognition by the American Heart Association’s 2017 Workplace Health Achievement Index for its commitment to building a culture of health best practices in the workplace.
