How Accounting Leaders Can Start Acting on DEI Initiatives

The importance of diversity and its value is not a new topic, rather the accounting profession has spent significant time and financial resources on diversity, equity and inclusion programs that have failed to meet the desired outcome or met expectations. Things changed in 2020, which brought new energy and hope.  

BPM CEO Jim Wallace, BPM Principal/COO Scharrell Jackson and BPM CPO Rob Blasi teamed up to write an article in Allinial Global’s Briefing Spring 2021 publication that touches on the firm’s upcoming diversity and inclusion initiatives and best practices to help guide other accounting firms.
