Join BPM’s Sven Jost, Advisory Partner and Transfer Pricing Leader, and Suzanne (Sue) Leighton, Tax Director, for a Tax Executives Institute (TEI) session on transfer pricing. It will include a discussion of the interaction of transfer pricing and ESG-related changes, along with steps to determine whether and to what extent ESG recommendations, strategies and changes may impact your transfer pricing framework. They’ll also highlight recent developments on the state and local tax front in connection with U.S. domestic transfer pricing, including what states have been implementing and how to best prepare.
