Jas Piccini

Jas Piccini is a Senior Manager in BPM’s Advisory practice, specializing in Valuation. She partners with clients across multiple industries to provide in-depth valuations, conduct financial analyses, forensic accounting analyses, and ensure compliance with legal and financial standards. Jas performs valuations for mergers and acquisitions, prospective franchise locations, partner buyouts, option pricing models, gift and estate work, structured products, equity waterfalls, and dissenting shareholder lawsuits in high-stakes litigation cases. 

Her expertise spans industries such as manufacturing, biotechnology, restaurant and retail, real estate holding companies, captive insurance, financial practices, and oil and gas. She also has extensive experience valuing high-value credit facilities, intellectual property, pre-revenue start-ups, mortgage service rights, various loan pools (mortgage loans, college loans, and SBA loans), financial institutions, tax credits, complex debt instruments, and structured equity products for both private clients and alternative investment portfolios. 

Jas has nearly a decade of experience managing internal and external client relationships and delivering high-quality financial reports. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Washington, Seattle, and a Master of Professional Accounting from Seattle University.
