Weili Chen
Weili Chen is a Director in BPM’s Corporate Tax Services practice. As a member of the Corporate Tax Services group, she brings over 14 years of experience working with publicly held and private/pre-IPO clients in a variety of industries, including Blockchain and Digital Assets, FinTech, Technology, Life Science and Apparel.
Weili has spent much of her career assisting the tax and finance departments of multi-jurisdictional companies on a range of tax matters, including federal, state, and international compliance, ASC 740, structuring, controversy, compensation and benefits, and general consulting.
Weili Chen holds an active CPA license in California.
