With more than 15 years in industry supporting technology, healthcare, retail and financial services companies, Stephanie Newman is an integral part of BPM’s HR and People Services practice. She has experience in employee relations, compliance, HR strategy, coaching, assessment performance management and outsourced HR.
As an HR professional, what inspires Stephanie is the opportunity to build relationships and foster trust within organizations. Selected projects of hers include guiding a company-wide initiative to attain SOC2 certification from the ground up, spearheading culture transformation that eliminated silos and prioritized a unified center of excellence, and partnering with senior leadership to optimize and streamline operations to improve effective, efficiency and business alignment for company programs.
Stephanie loves to hike and walk on the beach with her four kids and her husband. When they aren’t on outdoor adventures, they love to play card games. Their current favorite is Goat Lords.
