Robert Blasi

Robert Blasi is the Chief People, Diversity & Inclusion Officer at BPM. His career spans over 25 years of strategic Human Resources/Human Capital experience in the areas of talent management, talent development, diversity and inclusion, benefits and compensation, change management, organizational development, total rewards (benefits and compensation) and employee and labor relations. Robert’s senior level HR experience has supported industries such as airlines, hotels and restaurants, and entertainment sectors.

Before BPM, Robert served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Tao Group Hospitality, where he led the Human Resources and Diversity/Inclusion function for a global restaurant group. Prior to joining Tao Group Hospitality, Robert served as Vice President, Human Resources for The Madison Square Garden Company and Vice President, Human Resources for FIG & OLIVE Restaurant Group. Robert also held HR management and operational roles with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, and Continental Airlines.

Robert has a passion for the Human Resources profession and the development of a diverse workforce. Building collaborative relationships, identifying impactful talent and empowering colleagues to reach their full potential is essential to his HR strategy and vision.

Robert maintains his SPHR, PHR & SHRM-CP HR certifications.
