Since beginning work at FAL in 2015, Randi has been instrumental in refining the firm’s internal procedures for efficiency, consistency and excellence. Her natural aptitude to apply order and promote follow-through has allowed the firm to absorb growth of 25% over the past two years without overdriving our systems and people.

Today, Randi oversees FAL’s business operations including our internal accounting department and human resource functions. She is also a valued member of the Management Team, charged with setting the strategic direction of the company and day to day management.

Randi has been instrumental in refining internal procedures for efficiency, consistency, and excellence. Her natural aptitude to apply order and promote follow-through has allows for growth without overdriving systems and people.

Her most important accomplishment is receiving a Medal of Valor for her volunteer work with Community Ambulance at the Route 91 Harvest Festival tragedy. In her free time, she cherishes being with her husband, son and two dogs, Stella & Penny.
