With over 25 years of experience in human resources, marketing, and business management, Mandi is passionate about empowering business leaders with tailored solutions that create autonomy and foster growth.

As a former business owner, Mandi strives to be a trusted third-party partner who enables BPM clients to thrive and achieve their objectives. She values integrity, innovation and putting people first, bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to every project.

Before joining the HR Consulting team at BPM, Mandi was the Owner, Chief HR Officer and Marketing Director at Wright Brothers, The Building Company, a diverse general contracting company based in Eagle, ID, until January 2024. In this role, she oversaw all aspects of HR and Marketing functions, including training and development, employee relations, compliance, project management, event coordination, branding and communications.

Mandi holds several certifications, including SHRM-CP, LEED Green Associate credential and the Certified Quickbooks Pro Visor certification. These achievements demonstrate her commitment to sustainability and continued education.
