As a Manager in BPM’s Technical Accounting Group, Grace combines her technical accounting experience with her passion for people to help her clients succeed. Before joining BPM, Grace began her career at a Big Four firm, specializing in audits of public financial services clients.
Today, Grace focuses on advising private and public companies, primarily in the technology sector, with an emphasis on IPO readiness, financial reporting and complex accounting transactions. Grace enjoys collaborating with clients to overcome challenges that accompany strategic growth, such as first audits, mergers and acquisitions accounting, and going public.
Within BPM, Grace serves as the Chair of the Virtual Region Staff Advisory Committee, where she focuses on leading and strategizing initiatives to support the Firm’s 600+ remote colleagues. She takes pride in working with a talented team of BPMers to build a strong and connected culture in the Virtual Region.
Grace Sunny Qian holds an active CPA license in California.
