Dinah is a Manager in BPM’s Technical Accounting Group, delivering specialized advisory services to both public and private companies.

With over six years of experience at a Big Four firm across three countries and an additional two years in corporate accounting within the hospitality sector, Dinah brings a global outlook and a wealth of technical accounting knowledge across diverse industries.

Dinah is known for her hands-on approach to IPO/SPAC readiness, audit preparation and ability to solve intricate accounting challenges. Her specialties include equity and debt financing, lease implementation, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, and SEC reporting.

Dinah excels in drafting thorough technical memos, collaborating closely with clients to streamline external audits and ensuring accurate financial reporting by analyzing the nuanced impacts of each business transaction.

Dinah holds an active Chartered Accountant license in South Africa.
