Advances in databases, data processing, analytics and tools addressing the user experience will free up much of the time now required by tedious manual processes. It is also helping the new work-from-home work force learn and implement new programs to streamline daily, monthly and yearly activities.

Shannon specializes in advising nonprofit organizations on Uniform Guidance and Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards. She helps lead the nonprofit industry group at BPM and provides training on a variety of nonprofit topics.
