Audi-Volkswagen Middle East Improves Procurement Control
AVME imports Audi and Volkswagen vehicles, as well as parts, for its partners across the region. AVME had previously purchased a Business Process Management (BPM) system from a competitor of Singularity.  Singularity installed the TotalAgility™ product quickly and to the client’s complete satisfaction. The system operates efficiently and without any problems. The loading of data onto the system is carried out by AVME without the need for detailed support from Singularity. The product is delivering efficiency improvements as well as cost savings. AVME is pleased with the system and is now considering using the TotalAgility product for additional applications to improve its human resource management functions.
