Fullerton India Credit Company Limited (FICCL) has bagged the Gold award for Excellence in Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow with Newgen Software’s BPM solutions. The company has bagged the award for the Pacific Rim region.

The Global Awards for Excellence in BPM and Workflow recognizes user organizations that have demonstrably excelled in implementing innovative business process solutions to meet strategic business objectives. The awards are given for five geographical regions: Europe, Middle East Africa, North America, Pacific Pacific Rim, and South & Central America with each region receiving one Gold and one Silver Award.

In order to streamline the workflow and imaging process, Fullerton deployed the BPM solutions provided by Newgen. The implementation by Newgen Software at FICCL covered the entire gamut of processes including loan origination and booking, collections and prospect tracking, loan against gold and early warning processes. FICCL currently has more than 825 branches across the country.
